The company invested in advance machinery to standardize the process of producing premium coconut milk at scale. For the local market, pasteurized coconut milk was introduced under the Samui brand, while the Chef's Choice brand was created for canned coconut milk for the export market.
Focusing exclusively on production, the factory partnered with trusted international traders to distribute its products worldwide. Within its very first year, Chef's Choice coconut milk reached key markets in North America, Europe, and Oceania, establishing the brand as a global name in authentic Thai coconut products.
